We strive to make the best products to ensure your satisfaction. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.
Moe's Place will refund the full purchase price including shipping and handling as well as return postage for all merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless returns are made in the first 30 days. Moe's Place will accept returned merchandise within 60 days of purchase. Moe's Place provides refunds or exchanges for defective merchandise, wrong size or color, or if you are simply dissatisfied with the product. However, we do not provide refunds for damaged goods. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for personalized items unless the item is detective.
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be applied.
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to: Moe's Place, LLC Attn: Returns PO Box 14898 Copley, Ohio 44321-4898. Moe's Place will refund the return postage paid as shown on the package for all returns or exhanges made within 30 days of original purchase.
